Comprehensive Interior and Exterior Office Building Renovation
425 Summer Street, South Boston

This building, formerly a wool warehouse underwent complete interior an exterior renovations. The total project was completed for twelve million dollars. The seven-story structure contains over 200,000 S.F. of office space. The design included the following:
  • New brick and concrete facade to match the architectural character of the area
  • Complete Window Replacement
  • Three new elevator shafts 
  • 5,000 S.F. mechanical penthouse 
  • Roof replacement 
  • Preliminary design for a five story parking garage
