New Doctor's Office Building and Site Development
Leominster, MA

 		 Bayside designed this new medical clinic within the Leominster Hospital compound. The new two-story brick structure shown above was designed by Bayside for future expansion into a four-story building. Detailed plans were developed for the individual needs of the various medical professions that occupy the facility including pediatricians, orthomologists, general practitioners, cardiologists and an optical shop.  Bayside's scope of services included the design of parking lots, site access roads and stormwater drainage collection and treatment systems.   Bayside also helped coordinate the permitting requirements and work by various construction trades required to complete this project.
