Bayside’s scope of services under these open-end contracts has included traffic counts, traffic analysis, alternatives analysis, signalization, functional design reports, traffic safety and level-of-service (LOS) improvements, horizontal and vertical design improvements, closed-loop controls, pedestrian and ADA accessibility upgrades, intersection, roadway approach widening and drainage improvements.
