The contract objectives were to improve safety and efficiency at critically hazardous locations throughout the Commonwealth.  Bayside’s scope of services under this contract has included traffic counts, traffic analysis, alternatives analysis, signalization, closed-loop controls, pedestrian and ADA accessibility upgrades, intersection, roadway approach widening and drainage improvements.  Services also included environmental assessments, wetland protection, sediment and erosion control, and permitting.  Following is a partial list of projects completed under this contract.
