| This project involved construction of a triple barrel precast concrete
box culvert with timber railings bridge structure atop the Reddington
Lake Spillway. The new structure provides access to a proposed
visitor center.
Also included was major rehabilitation of a deteriorated concrete
stop-log structure. The project was located in an environmentally
sensitive area with high beaver populations nearby. The concrete
box structure with timber railings was found to be the most aesthetically
pleasing and durable in this environment.
