Congratulations to our newest P.E., David Packard

Dave has been a part of the Bayside Engineering team for over 10 years, and earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University in 2008.  He has a multifaceted technical background in both geotechnical and structural engineering.  His experience includes highway and high speed rail bridge designs, load ratings and bridge condition inspections, bridge repair designs, bridge super-overload analysis, wall and foundation designs for site containment projects, and component design across a wide variety of projects.

To become licensed, engineers must complete a four-year college degree, work under the supervision of a Professional Engineer for at least four years, pass two intensive competency exams and earn a license from their state’s licensure board.

The entire Bayside team congratulates Dave and looks forward to seeing his continued success.
